A comprehensive assessment will set the stage for a personalized rehab/training program.
Your initial consultation will include:
A detailed health and medical history
A review of current and past symptoms
Assessment of current exercise/training program
Orthopedic and neurologic testing
A comprehensive movement and strength evaluation
Gait/running/lifting technique analysis
Setting short and long-term goals

This is where the magic (and hard work) happens! Once we've established your starting point (point A) and set specific, realistic goals (point B), we can design an individualized training program to help you move along that path.
This process includes:
Patient specific education
Active interventions to reduce symptoms
Targeted therapeutic exercises to address strength or mobility deficits
Specific training to help you return to sport, work and life
Collaboration with coaches, trainers and medical providers

Drs Tim and Laura have helped me tremendously the past three years.
