Virtual Class - Strength Training for Older Adults - Lunging

Dr Laura Latham sports chiropractor lifting kettlebell

What: This free, virtual class series teaches older adults(55+) how to build real strength, safely and confidently. Each session focuses on a key movement (squat, deadlift, push, pull, lunge, and carry) showing you how to find your safe starting point, master technique, and progress at your own pace.

This isn’t gentle stretching or chair yoga; it’s strength training 101; science-based and designed to empower you to move, lift, and live independently. You’ll leave each class with the knowledge and confidence to continue on your own, stronger, more capable, and fully in control of your strength journey.
