Why I do this work

Being sidelined by injury is more than physical - it's frustrating, isolating, and demoralizing. I learned that firsthand as an athlete in my early college years, when injuries kept me from reaching what I could have done as a baseball player. That experience shaped how I show up for the people I work with now.

These days, I'm a 40+ year old father of three. I'm not training for sport anymore - I'm training to keep up with my kids, coach their teams, and stay strong and resilient for the long haul. That shift in perspective is one of the reasons I love this work. The people I treat aren't all elite athletes - most of them are like me: people who want to stay active, capable, and pain-free through whatever phase of life they're in.

That's the mission: to help people overcome the injuries and setbacks that get in the way of their goals, and to give them what I wish I'd had earlier - a clear plan, real expertise, and a partner in their recovery.
