Run Strong - virtual strength training for runners

This 6-week course, led by performance physical therapist, Dr Elisa Semedo, is designed for distance runners who want to:

  • improve mobility in key joints for running

  • enhance running mechanics

  • strengthen running frame

  • reduce injury risk

When: Thursdays from noon-1pm, starting January 4th and finishing February 8th

Where: Zoom. Link will be sent prior to first class on 1/4/24

Equipment requirements - dumbbells or kettlebells are preferred, but not required

No prior strength training experience is required.

Supplemental training material will be provided for attendees.

Listed price, $225, is the total price for all 6 sessions.
